To obtain a business visa, you must meet the following requirements below:

travelers in business trips, except in case of technical assistance; OR:
media coverage or filming; OR:
flight/ship crewmembers not holding an international crew card.

NOTE: Business visa holders are not allowed to engage in any activity under employment contract with a Brazilian organization/corporation.

NOTE: Individuals involved in installation, service and/or repair of equipment in Brazil do not qualify for a business visa. They require a Temporary Visa V.

NOTE: In order to qualify for such a visa, the applicant must not receive payment from a Brazilian source.

ORIGINAL PASSPORT:

Original, signed US passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Brazil, and with at least one blank visa page available for Brazilian visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.

ONLINE VISA APPLICATION:

The Brazilian government has introduced a online Brazil visa application form. To fill in the on-line form select "Visa Request" when you click below and follow the steps. Every question must be answered. Print the completed form when asked, then sign and include with the visa requirements sent to 123brazilvisa.com for processing.

PASSPORT PHOTO:

1 recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph, in color, front view and with a plain/light background (snapshots, scans, paper are not accepted).

PROOF OF DEPARTURE:

A computer-generated flight itinerary from your travel agent, airline, or online booking agency. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.

NOTE: Itineraries MUST have passengers name(s) on them, and one Itinerary per application.
